Pre-Paid Orders

Shipping Timeline:
All prepaid orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 working days after the order is placed. As most of our products are printed on demand, orders are produced after confirmation before shipping.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email or SMS/WhatsApp for your convenience.

Pre-Order Products:
Some products may be available on a pre-order basis. In such cases, the tentative shipping timeline will be mentioned under the product description section on the product page.

Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

Express Shipping:
Express shipping is available at a nominal cost of ₹99 (non-refundable).

Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 5–8 working business days after dispatch depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

Refund Deduction:
In case of product return, a ₹100 logistics/shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

Shipping Timeline:
COD orders are processed and shipped within 3–4 working days after order confirmation.

A tracking link will be shared via Email or SMS/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Charges:
An additional ₹150 shipping charge applies to all COD orders. This amount is non-refundable and will be calculated during checkout.

Refund Deduction:
In case of product return, a ₹100 logistics charge will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to the non-refundable COD shipping charges paid at the time of order.

Delivery & Shipping Conditions

Orders are shipped through third-party courier partners depending on serviceability and location.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational or logistics delays

If the delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after the order is placed, the shipment may be returned to origin and refunds may not be processed.

If the courier fails to attempt delivery within standard shipping timelines, the order may be reproduced and re-shipped or refunded depending on the situation.

If a shipment is lost during transit, a replacement or refund will be processed once the courier confirms the loss.

International Shipping

For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated at actual rates during checkout.

Customers are responsible for any custom duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by the destination country.

Returns, replacements, or reverse pickups may not be available for international orders.
