Return, Refund & Cancellation

Product Disclaimer

All images on the website are enhanced during the post-production process. Actual product colors may vary slightly from what is displayed on your screen.


Returns

  • All return requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
  • Most products are made-to-order and printed on demand, therefore returns are only accepted under the conditions listed in this policy.
  • All returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the brand tag or plastic seal has been removed from the product.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any return or replacement request. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside.
  • Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to return the shipment to our return address at your own expense.
  • Reverse pickup is dependent on the availability of the service in your area.
  • Issues related to quality, damage, misprint, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
  • COD / Express shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • A ₹100 logistics charge will be deducted as part of the refund process.
  • Returns or replacements are not available for international shipments.
  • Please note that all packaging materials, including courier covers, boxes, and gift wraps, are provided as part of the delivery process and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • For apparel products, a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is considered standard and is not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Slight color variations may occur between the website design preview and the final printed product due to screen settings and digital printing processes.
  • Customers are advised to open packages carefully. Damage caused while opening the package using scissors or sharp tools will not be eligible for replacement unless clearly shown in the unboxing video.

Freebies & Promotional Offers

Certain promotional offers may include complimentary digital products or subscriptions (such as Canva subscriptions or similar freebies) when purchasing eligible products.

All freebies associated with an order will only be delivered after the return window of 3 days has passed from the date of delivery.

This policy ensures that promotional benefits are issued only for completed purchases and prevents misuse of offers through product returns.

If a product purchased under a promotional offer is returned, refunded, or canceled within the return period, the associated freebie will not be issued.

Freebies are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product or service.

Delivery instructions for eligible freebies will be shared with the customer via email after the return period is successfully completed.

Return Process

To return an item:

Please raise a request by emailing paritoshmishra7007@gmail.com with your order number, unboxing video, and clear photos of the product showing the issue.

The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package
  • The opening process
  • The condition of the product

Once the return or replacement request is approved, your order will be picked up within 4–5 working days, depending on courier service availability.

The refund or replacement process will begin after the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your original form of payment after processing.


Eligibility for Refund

Items must be returned with all tags attached.

The product must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition received.

Items returned without proper packaging, tags, or proof of issue may not be eligible for a refund.

Gift cards and store credits remain valid for a lifetime.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once placed because all products are printed on demand.

Refusing to accept your order at delivery will be considered a return, and the refund will be processed according to the return policy with applicable deductions.


Replacements

All replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.

Replacements are only allowed in cases of:

  • Damaged products
  • Printing defects
  • Incorrect items received

Replacement requests must include a valid unboxing video and supporting images showing the issue.

A reverse pickup will be attempted twice. If both attempts fail, the customer will need to send the item back to our return address.

Reverse pickup is subject to service availability in your area.

If the replacement shipment is refused after dispatch, a ₹200 deduction will be applied to the refund amount.

Replacement is not applicable for issues caused by incorrect size selection by the customer.

Returns or replacements are not available for international orders.


Shipping & Delivery Exceptions

If a delivery pin code becomes unserviceable after placing the order, the shipment may be returned to origin and refunds may not be processed.

If an item is lost during shipping, a replacement or refund will be issued once the courier confirms the shipment is lost.

If delivery is not attempted within standard courier timelines, the order may be reproduced and re-shipped or refunded depending on the situation.
